Thankful...and heavy hearted.

Today I am thankful. After hearing about Holly and her loss, I called my mom and stepdad to tell them I love them. I told my husband and my children I love them. I do that everyday, but today seemed different. When I was in high school I lost my great-grandmother to a drunk driver. She was on her way to play bingo and was killed. I know the pain our family went through and I am sorry that people are still out there drinking and driving. Please, tell your family how much you care for them and love them. Who knows when our time will come.
